All apartments are freshly and elaborately renovated, we only used local construction materials. Furthermore, you have access to an exclusive garden, only useable for our Guests with a stunning panoramic view. (Accessible end of summer 2022)

The spacious Casa Fossatello extends over two levels. On the ground floor you can plan your next trip within the modern eat-in kitchen furnished with an antique dining table and a cozy fireplace. On the upper floor you will find a canopy bed and a lounge corner with a fantastic view over the Vale Umbra.

Location/ Directions
Nocera Umbra has its own train station located on the route from Rom to Ancona with several daily attempts.
The closest airport is Perugia San Francesco d’Assisi- Umbria International Airport (40 km – 30 min, e.g., Ryanair). Due to the good train or bus connection all Airports in the nearby area of Rom (Fumicino, Ciampino) are easily accessible. Another option is the airport of Ancona-Marche Airport, conveniently reachable by a direct train connection or with a car within a one-hour drive.
